Information Wishroute May Collect

Wishroute requires certain pieces of personal information in order to operate as designed. Wishroute has the ability to collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and non-personally identifiable information that does not identify you.

Personal Information that Wishroute may collect includes: name, phone number, email address, age range, gender, geographic location, information for processing transactions such as your billing information (if applicable), and any other information that is linked or linkable to you, such as information about actions you completed, correspondence through our Services and personal preferences.

Wishroute may also collect non-personally identifiable information such as browser or platform type, device-specific information, IP address, referring site, the date and time spent and number of sessions on the Website, and information related to traffic patterns with the Wishroute Services.

Wishroute collects information about your communications through the Services, including the communications that you have with your Wishroute Guides. Wishroute Guides (“Wishroute Guides” or “Wishroute Guide” or “Guides”) are those personnel contracted by Wishroute to provide the encouragement portion of the Services. Such information may include how many messages that you send, the date and time of the communications, and the content of the communications. We may use your information to send you messages related to the Services and support you with your goals. If you no longer wish to receive messages from us, either via text message or email, you should contact us at Privacy@Wishroute.com.

Wishroute may request information, including Personal Information, from you through a survey or via a prompt for feedback within our Services. Your participation in a survey is completely voluntary and you have a choice whether to provide the requested information.We use the information and feedback that we receive from surveys to improve and enhance your experience with the Services. We may also, from time to time, offer promotions or contests, which may require you to provide certain PersonalInformation.

Wishroute may also use cookies, web beacons, or analytics services from third-party companies on the Websites to track a user’s interactions with the Services. This information will be used to deliver or optimize the Services, manage accounts, provide research and analysis, communicate with users and develop content. You can opt-out of cookies by utilizing the settings provided in your browsers, but some of the functionality of the Services may be disabled or inaccessible if you do so.

We DO NOT sell your Personal Information, such as email and phone number, and keep such information highly confidential. We use the Personal Information that we collect from you to provide the support and services offered through the Services for which you registered. For example, some of Your Personal Information is shared with your Wishroute Guides to facilitate the Services and may be used to provide content related to the Wishroute Services and facilitate transactions such as billing, if applicable.  Other than third party service providers we leverage to facilitate the Services (like electronic communication services such as Twilio and Front), Wishroute will NOT disclose, sell or share your PersonalInformation with anyone outside of the Wishroute organization.  

We may use information that does not personally identify you to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the services, features and information found within the Services. We may also use the information that we collect to improve or develop products, services, or websites, conduct research or analysis, or comply with legal requirements. We or third parties engaged by us may store such information that we collect from you.

You may decline to provide any Personal Information to us while visiting and using the Services. If you choose not to provide any Personal Information, you may not be able to use the Website or Services, and we will not be able to provide you with some of the features and functionality of the Services. Wishroute may store, display, reproduce, publish, distribute or otherwise use User Content online or offline in any media or format but will only attribute it to the user with the user’s permission. “User Content” is any content, materials or information which you may have publicly posted  (including without limitation, any text, information, graphics, messages, photos, images, data, questions, comments, suggestions or other content), including Personal Information that you upload, send, email, display, perform, distribute, post or otherwise transmit to us in a public forum, at our request or on your own, on, or through the Services, whether in connection with your use of theServices or through the use of any third-party websites or third-party services or otherwise.  Other users or parties may have access to this User Content and may have the ability to share it with third parties. Please think carefully before deciding what information you publicly share, including PersonalInformation, in connection with your User Content. Be aware that public postings (including group messaging with other users) are not confidential.  Please note that Wishroute does not control who will have access to the information that you choose to make public, and cannot ensure that parties who have access to such publicly available information will respect your privacy or keep it secure. Wishroute is not responsible for the privacy or security of any information that you make publicly available on the Services or what others do with information you share with them on the Services and Website. Wishroute is not responsible for the accuracy, use or misuse of any User Content that you disclose or receive from third parties through the Services. Wishroute may publish User Content for advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional activities.

A user’s profile page may be, by default, set up to display information such as the user’s display name, images, location, and optional information added by the user. Profile information is used by Wishroute primarily to be presented back to and edited by the user when the user accesses the Services and to be presented to others permitted to view that information on the Services. Wishroute recommends that you do not post information or content as part of your profile that you are not prepared to make public. Other users that have access may repost or otherwise make public your information or content. Accordingly, discretion and good judgment should be exercised when posting information or content as part of your profile.

Third Party Sites and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other third-party websites, and you visit them at your own risk. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of those third parties.

How We May Share Your Information

Wishroute does not share yourPersonal Information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Personal Information may occasionally be transferred to third parties who act for Wishroute for further processing in accordance with the purposes for which the data was originally collected or for purposes to which the user has subsequently consented. Sometimes a third party may have access to your Personal Information in order to support Wishroute’s information technology or to handle mailings on Wishroute’s behalf. If Wishroute transfersPersonal Information to an outside agent or organization for such purpose, Wishroute will take appropriate measures in an effort to protect your privacy and thePersonal Information. We may use the services of a third-party service provider such as Stripe, Inc. to process transactions and payment transactions. Please refer to and review the privacy practices and terms of service for Stripe, Inc.as we do not control or assume any responsibility for the actions of any third party, including Stripe, Inc.

Wishroute may provide to third parties information about you that does not allow you to be identified or contacted, including where such information is combined with similar information of other users of Wishroute Services. For example, Wishroute might inform third parties regarding the number of unique users who visit and/or use Wishroute’s Services, the demographic breakdown of users, or the activities that users engage in while using Wishroute Services.

Wishroute will cooperate with law enforcement and disclose any requested information if they believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is necessary to: (i) handle fraud, attacks against our systems, or security conflicts, (ii) remain in line with currently applicable state and federal laws or regulations, or (iii) protect the public or Wishroute from any attacks against intellectual or physical property or personal rights.

Access/Accuracy

To the extent that you do provide us with Personal Information, we wish to maintain accurate Personal Information.If you would like to delete or correct any other of your Personal Information that we may be storing, you may submit a request to us by sending an email atPrivacy@Wishroute.com. Your email should include adequate details of your request.

Security of Your Information

The security of your PersonalInformation is important to us. We take steps to help safeguard your information that you provide to us through the Services. However, no data or email transmission is ever fully secure. Therefore, please take special care in deciding what information to send us. It is not possible to guarantee the security or integrity of information, particularly when transmitted through the internet.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are neither directed to nor structured to attract children under the age of 18 years. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under18 years of age. We will direct potential users under 18 years of age not to use the Services. If we learn that Personal Information of persons less than 18years of age has been collected without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. International Users

Wishroute’s Services are operated in the United States. The Services are only intended to be used within the UnitedStates.  If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect, including Personal Information, will be transferred to, and processed, stored and used in the United States. The data protection laws in the United States may differ from those of the country in which you are located, and Personal Information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the United States according to laws of the United States. U.S. law may not provide the degree of protection for Personal Information that is available in other countries. By using theServices or providing Wishroute with any information, you consent to the transfer to, and processing, usage, sharing and storage of information, including Personal Information, in the United States as set forth in thisPrivacy Policy. If you do not consent to such transfer, you may not use theService.

California Users

If you are a California resident,California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request and obtain from Wishroute a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed certain PersonalInformation as defined under California law for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. The California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”) requires Wishroute to disclose how it responds to “Do Not Track” signals. Wishroute does not interpret or respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
