Boston has been our company’s home since we began so we were absolutely thrilled to be recognized by Boston Business Journal as one of The 22 Startups To Watch in Boston in 2022.

Our company was founded out of Babson's FW Olin Graduate School of Business and we discovered the incredible Boston startup community through Babson’s Summer Venture Program, a 13-week business accelerator program. Over the last few years our team has grown here in Boston and we’ve been backed by some of the top investors in the city, including TBD Angels. This city’s support has made our rapid growth possible and we’re just getting started!

Our mission to help consumer facing companies support their customers in life changing ways is more important now than ever. COVID-19 has created more isolation and need for genuine human connection. Our human driven, AI-enabled text messaging platform drives genuine 2-way conversations that not only make people feel seen and cared for, but also helps our customers’ bottom lines, increasing conversion and retention - it’s a win-win that we’ll keep delivering and building upon.
